Curriculum Connection ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Curriculum Connection mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account information: name and email address provided during sign-up.
• Profile information: store name, ZIP code, subjects, grade levels, and optional short bio.
• Listing content: photos, titles, descriptions, prices, and condition information you post.
• Transaction data: order details, payment confirmation IDs (we do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe).
• Messages: in-app messages between buyers and sellers.
• Shipping information: shipping addresses provided when placing or fulfilling an order.
• Push notification token: device token used to deliver order and message notifications.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) for security and debugging.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To facilitate buying and selling transactions between users.
• To process payments and issue payouts through Stripe.
• To generate shipping labels through EasyPost.
• To send order updates and messages via push notifications.
• To display seller profiles and ratings to other users.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To screen listing content (titles, descriptions, and images) through automated moderation systems to enforce our Content & Image Standards.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties only as needed to operate the app:

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Children's Privacy

Curriculum Connection is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Data Retention

• Account and profile data is retained while your account is active.
• Transaction and payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and token-based authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
