Dunn and Sons Enterprises, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company that owns and operates Curriculum Connection ("Curriculum Connection," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the Curriculum Connection mobile application, website, marketplace, messaging tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.

This Policy applies to the Services in the United States. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of a seller, buyer, payment provider, carrier, app store, or third-party website.

We may use automated systems to evaluate listing titles, descriptions, photographs, messages, and other content for potential fraud, prohibited material, safety concerns, or policy violations. These systems may generate moderation signals or prevent, restrict, or remove content. Automated tools can make mistakes. You may request review of a moderation decision by contacting us.

We disclose personal information to vendors that perform services for us, subject to appropriate contractual or legal restrictions. Current core providers include:

Legal, Safety, and Business Disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, tax or marketplace-reporting requirements, or valid government requests; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud or safety threats; protect users or the public; or establish or defend legal claims. This may include verification or disclosure of qualifying seller information under the INFORM Consumers Act.

If we are involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, information may be disclosed to advisers, counterparties, and a successor subject to legally required safeguards and notice.

No Sale or Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use advertising networks to track users across unaffiliated apps or websites. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices before the change takes effect.

5. Payment Information

Payment-card information is submitted to and processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Seller bank-account, identity, and taxpayer information may also be collected and maintained by Stripe. Stripe's handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, in addition to any processing it performs for Curriculum Connection.

6. Messages and Content

Messages and marketplace content are not end-to-end private communications. We and our authorized providers may access or review them when reasonably necessary for delivery, support, moderation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement. Do not post or send Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, precise location, unnecessary contact information, or personal information concerning a child.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

When you delete your account, we delete or deidentify information that is no longer needed. Account deletion does not require us to delete information that we must or may retain for completed transactions, tax and financial records, fraud prevention, safety, legal claims, regulatory compliance, backups, or the rights of other users. Public content may remain visible if another user has independently retained or reposted it, although we will remove it from your active profile where reasonably practicable.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your state and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; learn about categories of information disclosed to third parties; opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling; appeal a denied request; or authorize an agent to act for you.

We do not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for legally regulated targeted advertising. To exercise another privacy right, email us with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing the request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9. Age Policy and Minors

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. A person under 18 may not create an account or use interactive features. We collect date of birth to apply age restrictions. If we learn that we collected personal information from a person under 18 without legally sufficient authorization, we will disable the account and delete the information as required by law.

A minor may participate in a transaction only through an account created, owned, and controlled by the minor's parent or legal guardian, who is the buyer or seller of record. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has used the Services without supervision may contact us to request review or deletion.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted network connections and token-based authentication. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

11. United States Processing

The Services are offered only in the United States. We and our providers may process and store information in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, you understand that its data-protection laws may differ from those where you are located.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised Policy and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice through the app, email, or another appropriate method before it takes effect when required. We will obtain consent when applicable law requires it.
